It is time to meet with other educators and parents to learn how to support educating and advocating for our gifted and high-potential students.  

Networking Event 

Thursday evening, November 14, 2024

6:00- 7:30 PM at the Hilton Garden Inn

Conference Day One:

Registration: 8:00-8:45 AM

End: 3:15 PM

Complimentary tour for all attendees and vendors of the Hilliard Art Museum following the close of the conference day.

Conference Day Two: 

Start: Registration 8:00-8:45

End: 1:00 PM

AGTS has a block of rooms at two hotels:

Hilton Garden Inn (King rooms): 2350 West Congress Street, Lafayette, Louisiana, 70506 (King rooms available). The Hilton Garden Inn is across the street from the LITE Center.

  • To be eligible for the reduced rate of $107 plus taxes and fees, you must book your room before October 24, 2024.
  • Your hotel may be eligible for tax-free rates.  Please check with your finance department.  To be eligible for tax-exempt rates, you must give THIS FORM to the hotel when you check-in.
